The Ritual

Getting ready shouldn’t feel like a second job. It should feel like something you actually want to do. A few minutes that belong to you — the version of the day before the day starts.

The Glow and Flow Health ritual is built in three layers: face, body, lips. Each layer has a sequence. The sequence has a logic. And the whole thing — done from scratch — takes about ten minutes.

Step 00 — The Prep (Twice a Week)

Before anything else, in the shower: Golden Sugar Body Scrub. Apply to damp skin and massage in circular motions over legs, arms, elbows and knees. Rinse thoroughly. This step isn’t daily — twice a week is enough. But it changes how everything after it performs. The exfoliation removes the barrier of dead skin cells that prevents lotion and oil from absorbing properly. Do this on Sunday and Wednesday and notice the difference by the end of the first week.

Step 01 — Face

Glow Base Radiance Serum. After moisturiser, press 2–3 drops into clean skin. Allow 30 seconds to absorb. The serum step that makes everything after look better.

Soft Focus Skin Prep Spray. Three spritzes over skin after the serum. Before makeup, after makeup, or alone on bare skin days. The base that makes everything sit better and last longer.

Liquid Glow Drops. One drop pressed into each cheekbone. The step that makes people ask if you’ve been somewhere warm.

Flow State Face Mist. Two spritzes over everything. The dewy, fresh finish that makes the face look alive. Use it at the end of the morning routine and again anytime throughout the day.

Step 02 — Body

Silk Layer Body Lotion. Applied to slightly damp skin immediately after the shower. Massage into arms, legs, stomach. The hydration foundation. Allow to absorb — 60 seconds.

Golden Hour Body Oil. Layered over the lotion, focusing on shins, forearms and collarbones. The golden shimmer that makes skin look warm and expensive. Absorbs in 90 seconds.

Afterglow Body Mist. Spritzed over everything before dressing. The warm, subtle scent and the finishing softness that turns the after-shower routine into a ritual rather than a checklist.

Step 03 — Lips

Soft Touch Tinted Lip Balm. The base layer. A whisper of warm tint and deep conditioning. The lip product you wear when you want lips to look like themselves — only better. (Note: contains Beeswax.)

Mirror Check Lip Gloss. Over the balm for high shine. The glass-lip effect that catches light and photographs beautifully.

Glow Lip Oil (or Rose Glow Tinted Lip Oil). The final layer. Glassy, non-sticky, conditioning. The product that lives in every bag and gets reapplied constantly. The tinted version for days when you want colour. The clear version for every other day.

Everywhere Glow Balm. Pressed onto brow bones and collarbones as a finishing highlight. Overnight on lips as a treatment.

The Minimal Version

Not every day needs every step. The three-product minimal ritual: Flow State Face Mist (face), Golden Hour Body Oil (body), Glow Lip Oil (lips). Thirty seconds each. That’s The Glow Routine Set — the starting point, and for many people, the permanent home base.
