Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made from Glow and Flow Health and sits alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind

For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty products can only be returned for change of mind if they are unused, unopened, undamaged and in their original, resaleable condition (seals intact, in original packaging) and returned within 7 days of delivery. Products returned used, opened, damaged or not in original condition cannot be accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us within 7 days at hello@glowandflowhealth.com with your order number and photos.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days to the original payment method.
