The new product question comes up every time a brand launches something new: is this genuinely different, or is it more-of-the-same with a new name?
Here's an honest answer for each of the four new Glow and Flow Health products.
Rose Glow Tinted Lip Oil vs Glow Lip Oil
What's different: The formula is identical. The same squalane-jojoba-castor oil base, the same non-sticky weightless feel, the same glassy finish. The only addition is warm rose iron oxide pigment that delivers a sheer, buildable tint.
Is it genuinely different? Yes. The tinted version serves a different need: the days when clear lip oil isn't quite enough but you don't want to wear lipstick. The rose tint makes lips look more defined without committing to colour. It's not a replacement for the original — it's an addition for a different mood.
Which should you get? Both. Use clear Glow Lip Oil for everyday wear and when you want absolutely nothing on your lips. Use Rose Glow Tinted Lip Oil when you want to look like you've made an effort without actually making an effort.
Glow Base Radiance Serum
What's different: This is a new product category for Glow and Flow Health. The original range didn't have a serum step. The Glow Base Radiance Serum fills the gap between skincare and the rest of the face routine.
Is it genuinely different? Yes. The combination of niacinamide, peptides and Vitamin C in a fragrance-free formula designed to prime and illuminate — not just hydrate — is a different product type than the face mist or prep spray. It goes on first, before everything else, and changes what everything after looks like.
Who actually needs it? Anyone who wants their skin to look luminous rather than just hydrated. If you've been using the Face Mist or Prep Spray and thinking "this is good, but I want more radiance," the serum is the missing step.
Everywhere Glow Balm
What's different: A multi-use solid balm that goes anywhere. Different format (solid rather than liquid), different use cases (brows, lips, collarbones, dry patches), and one of only two fully fragrance-free products in the range (alongside the Glow Base Radiance Serum).
Is it genuinely different? Yes. There's no other product in the Glow and Flow Health range that works as an overnight lip treatment, a brow bone highlight, a collarbone gloss and a dry patch treatment simultaneously. It's the product you reach for when you don't know what you need but you know you need something.
Who actually needs it? Everyone who gets to the end of their routine and wishes they had one more finishing product. Keep it on the bedside table. Keep one in the bag. It earns its place.
Golden Sugar Body Scrub
What's different: An in-shower exfoliator — the first product in the range designed to be used before the rest of the ritual rather than after.
Is it genuinely different? Yes. The body oil and lotion work better on exfoliated skin. The scrub isn't a standalone product — it's the step that makes everything else work harder. If you've been using the Body Glow Trio and wondering why the oil sometimes doesn't absorb as quickly or the glow isn't as even, the answer is probably that the scrub is missing.
Who actually needs it? Anyone using the body range consistently. Two uses per week, before the lotion and oil, and the entire ritual performs differently within two weeks.
