The layering question comes up a lot. Can you wear the lip oil and the gloss together? Does the face mist go on before or after makeup? What order do the body products go in?

Here's the full breakdown — how to get the most out of every Glow and Flow Health product.

Lips: The Layering Order

The beauty of our lip range is that everything works alone or together. But if you want the full effect:

  1. Soft Touch Tinted Lip Balm — Start here. It conditions, adds a hint of warmth and gives gloss and oil something to grip onto.
  2. Mirror Check Lip Gloss — Layer on top for high shine and a fuller look.
  3. Glow Lip Oil — The final layer for a glassy, soft finish. Or wear it alone for the most natural, effortless look.

On lazy days? Just the lip oil. On full-face days? All three. There's no wrong answer.

Face: Before or After Makeup?

Soft Focus Skin Prep Spray — Always before. Spritz onto clean skin and let it dry for 10–15 seconds before applying any makeup. It smooths and hydrates so everything else sits better.

Flow State Face Mist — Both. Use it before makeup for a dewy base, or spritz over a finished face for a fresh, just-woke-up-like-this look. Also perfect mid-day or post-gym on bare skin.

Liquid Glow Drops — Under or over. Under foundation for a dewy base, or blended over makeup onto cheekbones and brow bones for a lit finish.

Body: The After-Shower Ritual

The three body products are designed to layer in this order:

  1. Silk Layer Body Lotion — Apply to damp skin straight after the shower. Let it absorb fully.
  2. Golden Hour Body Oil — Layer on top for a visible glow. Focus on arms, legs, shoulders and collarbones.
  3. Afterglow Body Mist — The finishing spritz. Adds scent, a last layer of hydration and that soft, just-done feeling.

Short on time? Skip to the body oil. It works perfectly alone.
