A minimal beauty routine isn’t about owning fewer products because you don’t care. It’s about knowing exactly which products earn their place — and letting go of everything else.

Here’s how to build one that actually works, using the Glow and Flow Health range as the framework.

The Principle

A minimal routine has three rules:

  1. Every product must do something your skin or lips actually need
  2. Every product must work well with everything else in the routine
  3. The routine must be something you’ll actually do — not just aspire to do

That last one is the most important. A 10-step routine that never gets finished is worse than a 3-step routine done consistently every day.

The Minimal Face Routine (2 products)

Morning:

  1. Soft Focus Skin Prep Spray — after moisturiser. Smooth, prime, done. Apply makeup or don’t.
  2. Flow State Face Mist — over the top of whatever you’ve applied, or alone on bare skin.

Two spritzes. Fifteen seconds. A face that looks like it had a plan.

On days when you want more: Press one drop of Liquid Glow Drops onto each cheekbone after the mist. That’s a third product, optional, three seconds.

The Minimal Body Routine (1–2 products)

After every shower:

  1. Golden Hour Body Oil — on damp skin, arms and legs. 60 seconds. Done.

On days with more time, add Silk Layer Body Lotion first, then the oil on top. Two products, four minutes, genuinely excellent skin.

The Minimal Lip Routine (1 product)

One product only: Glow Lip Oil. Applied, reapplied, always in the bag. It conditions, it shines, it lasts long enough to be worth using.

On occasions that call for more: add the Soft Touch Tinted Lip Balm beneath for colour, or Mirror Check Lip Gloss on top for intensity.

The Full Minimal Edit

Stripped back to essentials:

  • Face: Soft Focus Skin Prep Spray + Flow State Face Mist
  • Body: Golden Hour Body Oil
  • Lips: Glow Lip Oil

Four products. Five minutes. That’s the minimal Glow and Flow Health routine — and it covers everything worth covering.

Start with the Glow Routine Set if you want the face, body and lip essentials in one purchase. Or build slowly — one product at a time — and add what earns its place.
