About the Products

Is the Glow Lip Oil non-sticky?

Yes. This is the most common question about it and the answer is categorically yes. The formula uses squalane, jojoba and castor oil as its base — not the polybutene-heavy formulas that create the tacky, hair-grabbing feeling in many glosses. It feels like nothing on your lips, which is exactly the point.

Will the body oil stain my sheets or clothes?

Not if it's fully absorbed before you get into bed or get dressed. Allow 60–90 seconds after applying. Once absorbed, the golden mica is fixed in the oil film on your skin and won't transfer. If you rush and there's light residue, a standard wash removes it.

Can I use the face mist over makeup?

Yes. Hold the bottle 20cm from your face, close your eyes and spritz 2–3 times. The ultra-fine mist particle size settles as a micro-droplet rather than a wet spray — it adds hydration without moving foundation, concealer or any other makeup.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

All of our formulas are free from parabens, phthalates, mineral oils and artificial colourants. Our face products are all alcohol-free. The Everywhere Glow Balm is completely fragrance-free. We have 13 products tagged specifically as sensitive-skin safe — see our Sensitive Skin collection.

About Ordering

Where do you ship?

We ship within Australia. Standard and express options are available at checkout. Processing time is 1–2 business days (AEST).

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We're building toward international shipping. If you're outside Australia and interested, email us at hello@glowandflowhealth.com — we track demand by market.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel, email hello@glowandflowhealth.com as soon as possible after ordering. We'll do our best but cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfilment.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email us at hello@glowandflowhealth.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll resolve it immediately.

About Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused, unopened and undamaged products within 7 days of delivery, provided they're in original condition. If a product is faulty or damaged on arrival, we replace it or refund at no cost to you. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Can I return a product I've opened?

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products except where the product is faulty. If you've tried a product and it's not right for you, we're happy to chat about alternatives at hello@glowandflowhealth.com.

About the Brand

Where are your products made?

In Australia. All of them. We manufacture with a cosmetics partner in Australia who meets Australian Industrial Chemicals Act standards. What's on the label is what's in the product.
